Crack eggs into a bowl. Add milk, salt, pepper. Beat with a fork until it’s all one shade of yellow.
Heat butter in a pan. When it’s melted and a bit bubbly, pour the eggs in.
Use a spatula to gently stir. Push the eggs around slowly. Take off heat when they still look a little wet — they’ll finish cooking from heat.
Serve as is. Eat from the pan if you’re out of clean plates. Respect.
