Scrambled Eggs for Broke Students

This recipe is as low-effort as it gets. If you’re broke, tired, or hungover — scrambled eggs are your best friend. One pan. One fork. One bowl. Done in under 10 minutes. Welcome to student things at their finest.

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Add milk, salt, pepper. Beat with a fork until it’s all one shade of yellow.

  2. Heat butter in a pan. When it’s melted and a bit bubbly, pour the eggs in.

  3. Use a spatula to gently stir. Push the eggs around slowly. Take off heat when they still look a little wet — they’ll finish cooking from heat.

  4. Serve as is. Eat from the pan if you’re out of clean plates. Respect.
